Little Haven, Haverfordwest (Pembrokeshire)

Updated: Aug 10, 2021

A really quaint and picturesque seaside village with a lovely pub, nice places to eat and lovely walks. You can also walk to Broadhaven from here.

Why Visit Little Haven?

This is one of my all time favourite places to go. It's not usually too busy and is a lovely place to go for a drink or a nice meal. The views from the viewpoint are fab and there's a great coastal path if you like to walk (although I would be nervous to take Coops at the moment as the cliff edge is steep!)

This Little Haven has it all to be honest. A paved, short walk along the cliff, so great for pushchairs and wheelchairs and the views when you get there are awesome. There's a fab little cottage that sleeps two, it's called Point Cottage, that my mother has always dreamed of renting. There are a few places to eat there but we've always eaten at The Castle and they do big portions (which is very important when Carwyn is eating with you!) They have a car park in the village which is £3 for three hours or £5 for the day.

The beach you can see above is the stretch you can walk from Little Haven to Broad Haven when the tide is out. If the tide is in you can walk along the road but it's quite a steep hill! As you can see from the baldie baby, we've been coming here for years and will be somewhere that we will always visit.
